Mr Gibbins and his team provide an outstanding service. I have instructed him in relation to numerous commercial and residential transactions and have always found him to be responsive and proactive in pursuing my interests. Mr Gibbins is well informed, approachable and protects the client’s interest without adopting an unnecessarily aggressive style of communication to other parties. Here he calmly dealt with several issues in the face of an uncooperative and rather aggressive approach from the vendor’s solicitor.
